The shared-equity 1 bedroom houses at Springfield are being marketed at present and are expected to complete in January.
Any residents of Acle (or adjoining parishes) in need of an affordable home ownership dwelling should contact Savannah Estates. Applicants for these new homes also need to register and be approved by Help to Buy ESE and complete a Local Authority proforma to demonstrate a local connection.
Savannah Estates will be marketing the market houses on the new Springfield site. You can contact them via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 01493 754943
Crocus Homes are expected to start on site in May this year with potential delivery of the new affordable homes during 2017.
If you are interested in a rented property please ensure you are registered with the housing team at Broadland District Council. For those already on the Housing list it would be helpful to check your family circumstances and contact details are all up to date.
